My order hasn’t arrived yet, what is happening?
I ship my orders from Sweden, meaning they have to go through customs if you’re outside of EU. So the calculated time it takes for a package is
Sweden: 1-3 business days
EU: 2-6 business days
Outside of EU: 4-10 business days to reach your country, then it may take up to 3 weeks to go through customs and find it’s way to you.

It’s been a while and my package hadn’t arrived yet

Of you have not received your items in time frame stated abowe I can re-send your order for the cost of tracked shipping. According to EU-laws I’m responsible for the package until delivered but I can also request a re-shipping for the cost of a shipping lable. The tracking is for yours and mine safety when comes to re-sending.
